Malawi Mangoes (2011- 2017)

Merlin has raised $22.3million for Malawi Mangoes, a start-up agricultural processing business in Malawi.

From the minute we walked through the door, the Merlin team demonstrated pure professionalism, drive and commitment, and raised our anchor equity within 48 hours of our first discussions. Since then, far from disappearing as many corporate finance boutiques do, Merlin has become a key strategic partner and advisor. First class.

Mkango Resources, IPO on TSX-V (2011-2014)

Together with Haywood Securities, Merlin raised the initial $7 million for Mkango Resources. Mkango owns the Tsongwe Rare Earths discovery in Southern Malawi. Mkango was spun out of Leominex Resources in 2010.

Merlin's continued support enabled us to IPO at a very challenging time.
